Welcome to Sacred Dearmoring! The following legal disclaimer applies to the use of our website, the booking of our tantra and bodywork services in Las Vegas or elsewhere, and participation in any sessions, workshops, or retreats including but not limited to dearmoring, bodywork, tantra education, tantra training, tantra massage, tantra workshops, sacred intimacy coaching, etc.  By continuing to use this website or engaging in our offerings, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, you are advised not to use our services or this website.

Nature of Services and Scope of Practice

Sacred Dearmoring offers holistic wellness, spiritual coaching, and educational bodywork sessions including energy work and kundalini activation. These services are not clinical massage therapy, medical treatment, or psychotherapy. Our practitioners are not licensed massage therapists (LMTs) or licensed healthcare providers in Nevada​. We do not perform “massage therapy” as defined by Nevada law (the manipulation of muscles/soft tissue for therapeutic purposes)​, nor any other regulated healing art that requires state licensure​. Instead, our focus is on energy work, guided relaxation, emotional release, and tantra-based practices for personal growth. Any use of the term “massage” (such as “tantra massage”) on this site refers to a spiritual and energetic ritual, not a state-licensed massage therapy service. We make no medical diagnoses, prescribe no treatments, and our services are complementary to (not a replacement for) licensed medical or mental health care. Clients are encouraged to consult their licensed healthcare providers for any medical or psychological conditions.

Disclosure: In accordance with Nevada law, we openly inform all clients that our practitioners are not licensed health care providers. All credentials we reference pertain to spiritual training or coaching qualifications, not state-issued medical or massage licenses. We comply with NRS 629.580 by providing written disclosure of our status and the nature of our services to clients before any session. Any advertisements or communications about Sacred Dearmoring clearly state that our providers are unlicensed in traditional health professions​. We do not use titles like “Licensed Massage Therapist” or “LMT,” and we do not imply state credentialing in any marketing, in compliance with NRS 640C.910​.

No Massage Therapy License & No Misrepresentation

To avoid any misclassification as licensed massage therapy and to remain compliant with Nevada regulations, Sacred Dearmoring explicitly differentiates its services from those governed by massage therapy licensing laws. Under Nevada Revised Statutes, practicing massage therapy for compensation without a proper license is unlawful (see NRS 640C.580 and NRS 640C.910)​ (See massagetherapy.nv.gov). Massage therapy is legally defined in Nevada as the application of pressure to the body’s muscles or soft tissues for therapeutic purposes​. Our sessions do not consist of the systematic manipulation of muscle tissue for health treatment as outlined in that definition. Any physical touch in our sessions is part of alternative wellness modalities (energy balancing, chakra work, guided breathwork, etc.) and is delivered in an educational or ceremonial context, not as licensed therapeutic massage. By using our services, clients acknowledge they are not receiving a massage therapy treatment and that our practitioners are unlicensed in massage. This distinction is crucial for legal compliance and transparency. Sacred Dearmoring practitioners will readily refer clients to licensed massage therapists or medical professionals if a client’s needs fall outside our scope of practice.

No Sexual Services – Compliance with Nevada Law

Sacred Dearmoring maintains a strict professional boundary: no sexual services are offered or permitted. Our practitioners are not sex workers or escorts, and no erotic services or any form of prostitution are provide. Under Nevada law, engaging in sexual conduct in exchange for a fee is illegal except in licensed brothels. “Prostitution” is defined as performing any sexual act (including intercourse or intimate touching for arousal) in return for monetary compensation​. We fully abide by these laws: no session or fee at Sacred Dearmoring can be construed as payment for sexual contact.

  • Payment for Time & Expertise Only: All fees charged are for the time, expertise, and guidance provided by our practitioners in the realm of coaching and holistic bodywork​. No portion of any payment is for sexual acts or intimate physical contact. Any intimate or sensual components that may occur as part of tantra-based healing (e.g. lingam or yoni healing practices) are conducted only for therapeutic energy work and emotional release, not for sexual gratification. Clients understand that any touch involved in sessions is consensual, focused on healing intent, and stops short of sexual activity. Soliciting sexual favors or sexual acts from our practitioners is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund​.

  • No Prostitution or Illegal Conduct: We explicitly affirm that nothing in our services involves the exchange of sexual conduct for money, which would violate NRS 201.354​. Sacred Dearmoring is not an escort or dating service, and not a massage parlor. We do not offer any form of “adult entertainment.” Our business is not affiliated with, nor classified as, any activity defined by law as prostitution or sex work. Practitioners do not disrobe for clients, and any nudity or intimate touch by the client is strictly within therapeutic context and mutually agreed-upon boundaries – it is never a lewd act for hire. Both client and practitioner remain aware that sessions are focused on personal growth and healing, and sexual gratification is not the purpose or promised outcome of any service. By adhering to these standards, we ensure full compliance with Nevada’s laws against prostitution and adult sexual services.

Professional Boundaries, Consent and Conduct

We prioritize clear boundaries and informed consent in every session. Sacred Dearmoring sessions are conducted in a safe, respectful, and professional environment at all times. Practitioners and clients will establish consent for any form of touch in advance, and either party can modify or revoke consent at any time during the session. All touch is client-directed and consensual, following ethical practices such as Betty Martin’s Wheel of Consent  framework to ensure comfort and mutual agreement​

  • No Inappropriate Behavior: If a client makes any inappropriate advances, sexual comments, or requests that violate these boundaries or attempts to engage the practitioner in illegal behavior, the session will be stopped immediately​. Likewise, practitioners maintain professional conduct and will not initiate any contact beyond what was agreed. Both clients and practitioners are expected to communicate openly about limits and to respect those limits without exception.

  • Voluntary Participation: All activities during a session are optional and based on the client’s comfort level. The client is always in control of what level of touch or exercise they wish to participate in. Consent is an ongoing process, and we encourage clients to speak up if at any point they feel uncomfortable. Our goal is to facilitate healing and empowerment in a manner that honors personal boundaries and autonomy.

By booking a session, clients confirm they understand and agree to these boundaries and codes of conduct. This mutual agreement helps protect both the client and the practitioner, creating a container of trust and safety.

Compliance with State Regulations and Law

Sacred Dearmoring operates strictly within the boundaries of Nevada state law (based in Las Vegas, Clark County, NV)​. We continually ensure that our offerings meet all legal requirements for professional wellness services. Key compliance points include:

  • Licensing Laws: We acknowledge Nevada’s licensing requirements for massage therapy and other healing arts. Our practitioners do not claim any licensure we don’t hold, and we adjust our terminology and practices to avoid any regulated activities (such as licensed massage techniques) in accordance with NRS Chapter 640C​. If any of our services were ever determined to fall under a licensed scope, we would cease or modify that service until provided by a properly licensed professional. We remain informed of Nevada Board of Massage Therapy regulations and do not use protected titles or perform unauthorized massage services​.

  • “Wellness Services” Safe Harbor: Nevada law (NRS 629.580) provides that unlicensed individuals may offer wellness services (such as energy work and coaching such as Sacred Intimacy Coaching) legally, as long as they refrain from certain activities (like surgery, chiropractic adjustments, or massage therapy techniques) and give proper disclosures​. Sacred Dearmoring fully complies with this statute. We have a written Client Disclosure that states our name, business information, our unlicensed status, the nature of our services, and our training/background​. Clients are asked to read and sign this disclosure before their first session, in accordance with NRS 629.580(2) requirements​. We also post a copy of this disclosure at our premises, as required by law​. This transparency ensures clients are informed and affirms that providing our services is lawful under Nevada’s wellness provider guidelines.

  • No Illegal Services: We do not offer any service that is illegal under local or state law. This includes (but is not limited to) any form of sexual contact for compensation, unlicensed therapeutic massage, or any activity that could be construed as obscenity or public indecency. All sessions are conducted privately and professionally. We maintain any necessary business licenses for operation in Clark County/Las Vegas as a professional coaching or wellness service, and remain in good standing with any applicable regulations. Should Nevada law or regulations change, we will promptly adjust our practices and this disclaimer to remain compliant.

  • Clients 18 and Over: Our services are strictly for adults (18+ years of age) only. No minors are accepted as clients or allowed to be present during sessions. This policy aligns with both legal requirements (age of consent) and the mature content of tantra and dearmoring work. By engaging with Sacred Dearmoring, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to consent to the services offered.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Release

Engaging in Sacred Dearmoring sessions and practices is a voluntary, personal growth activity, and clients assume responsibility for their own experience. While we strive to create a safe and positive outcome, individual results will vary, and no specific results are guaranteed. By booking and attending sessions, tantra classes, tantra workshops and tantra retreats with Sacred Dearmoring, or, by using our website or services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • No Medical or Therapeutic Guarantees: Sacred Dearmoring makes no claims of curing any medical or mental health condition. Any benefits discussed (such as emotional release, increased intimacy, stress reduction, etc.) are subjective and personal. Our practitioners are facilitators of your process, but outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. You agree not to hold Sacred Dearmoring or its staff liable for lack of expected results or any perceived negative outcome. If you have serious health concerns, you will seek advice from a licensed medical professional. Our content and advice are for informational and educational purposes only and not professional healthcare advice​.

  • Physical and Emotional Well-Being: You understand that some Sacred Dearmoring exercises can be physically or emotionally intense. It is your responsibility to inform the practitioner of any pre-existing conditions, injuries, or sensitivities that might be affected. All activities are optional, and you will not push beyond your comfort or safety level. If you experience discomfort, pain, or emotional distress during a session, you agree to immediately inform the practitioner so they can adjust or stop the activity. By participating, you represent that you are in adequate physical and mental condition to engage in these activities and have either consulted a doctor or chosen to proceed at your own risk.

  • Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, clients release and hold harmless Sacred Dearmoring, its owner(s) and practitioners from any liability for injury, loss, or damages arising from their participation in our sessions or use of our website. This includes (but is not limited to) physical injury, emotional distress, or economic loss. Sacred Dearmoring and its team will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Clients agree that if they violate the stated boundaries or engage in unlawful behavior during a session, any resulting harm or legal consequences are solely the result of their own actions. This liability release is a condition of service; if you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

  • Indemnification: Clients further agree to indemnify and defend Sacred Dearmoring and its practitioners from any claims or lawsuits brought by third parties arising out of the client’s own conduct or misuse of our services. (For example, if a client misrepresents our services to others or violates this agreement in a way that causes legal issues, the client will be responsible for those costs, not Sacred Dearmoring.)

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Any personal information or details you share before, during, or after sessions will be kept strictly confidential, in line with our Privacy Policy and professional ethics. We will not disclose client identities or personal stories without explicit consent, except as required by law (such as if subpoenaed or if there is an imminent risk of serious harm). We also expect clients to respect the privacy of our practitioners and any other clients (e.g., if participating in group workshops or events). No recording devices are allowed during sessions without mutual consent. Reservation of Rights

Sacred Dearmoring reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone displaying behavior that is unsafe, illegal, or violates our policies or ethics. This includes harassment, excessive intoxication, failure to respect boundaries, or any indication of human trafficking or exploitation (which we may report to authorities as required by law). We also reserve the right to terminate a session or retreat at any time if we believe continuing would be counterproductive or harmful, either to the client or practitioner. At Sacred Dearmoring, we regularly cater to high-profile, high net worth, and VIP clients that wish to maintain their privacy in all matters.  Below is a sample NDA that we utilize with clients; and clients are welcome to submit their own NDA for our review and consideration.  Note that this is a sample only, and is not enforceable until fully signed and executed by both client and practitioner.

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of [Date] (the “Effective Date”) by and between Sacred Dearmoring, a business located at [Business Address] (“Practitioner”), and [Client’s Full Legal Name], located at [Client’s Address] (“Client”). Each party is referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”

This Agreement establishes strict confidentiality regarding all interactions, communications, and engagements between the Parties. It is legally binding and enforceable under federal law and the laws of the State of Nevada.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a confidential relationship between the Client and Practitioner, ensuring that no sensitive, proprietary, personal, or professional information (“Confidential Information”) is disclosed to unauthorized individuals, entities, or the public.

2. Confidential Information

For the purpose of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” includes but is not limited to:

  • The Client’s identity, personal details, and contact information.
  • Any information, communication, or content discussed, exchanged, or shared during sessions or interactions, whether oral, written, or electronic.
  • Photographs, recordings, documents, and correspondence of any kind related to the Practitioner or Client.
  • Details of the services provided by the Practitioner, session notes, or other related matters.
  • Information about the Client’s professional, legal, or personal affairs, including but not limited to status as a public figure, entertainer, political figure, or other high-profile individual.

Confidential Information does not include information that:

a. Was in the public domain prior to disclosure;
b. Becomes publicly available after disclosure without the fault of either Party;
c. Is independently developed by a third party with no connection to the Confidential Information provided under this Agreement; or
d. Is required to be disclosed by law, court order, or valid legal process.

3. Obligations of the Practitioner

The Practitioner agrees:

  • To maintain strict confidentiality of all Confidential Information and not disclose it to any unauthorized parties, including but not limited to other clients, third parties, or the general public.
  • To securely store all Confidential Information to prevent unauthorized access.
  • To avoid any direct or indirect actions that could lead to the identification of the Client as a participant in services with Sacred Dearmoring.

4. Obligations of the Client

The Client agrees:

  • To respect the Practitioner’s confidentiality and not publicly identify the Practitioner or disclose service-related details without prior written consent.
  • To refrain from using the Practitioner’s services or associated details for any unauthorized purpose.
  • To refrain from disclosing any details of sessions with Sacred Dearmoring practitioners.  This includes any court proceeding initiated by the client which would expose the details of any sessions.

5. Exceptions to Confidentiality

Disclosure of Confidential Information may occur only:

  • Upon mutual, prior, and written consent of both Parties.
  • When disclosure is legally compelled under valid federal or Nevada law, provided that the disclosing Party gives reasonable prior notice and assistance to obtain protective measures to maintain confidentiality where applicable.

6. Term

This Agreement is effective on the Effective Date and remains in perpetuity, unless:

  • Terminated through mutual written agreement between both Parties, or
  • Void due to breach by one Party, upon which this Agreement’s provisions remain enforceable for damages caused by said breach.

7. Breach and Penalties

The Parties agree that breaches of this Agreement may result in irreparable harm, which cannot be adequately remedied by monetary damages. As such, in the event of a breach, the breaching Party shall be liable for:

  • Payment of liquidated damages in the amount of $1,000,000 USD per breach, in addition to all actual and consequential damages incurred.
  • Injunctive relief, including immediate court orders to prevent or cease further breaches.
  • Payment of all legal fees, attorney’s costs, and expenses related to enforcing this Agreement.  If the court of law determines after legal proceedings that a breach did not occur, the plaintiff shall pay all legal fees, attorney’s costs, and expenses plus a “frivolous lawsuit penalty” of $100,000.

8. Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with:

  • The federal laws of the United States.
  • The laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. Both Parties irrevocably consent to jurisdiction and venue in these courts.

9. Non-Disparagement

The Client and Practitioner agree to refrain from making any defamatory, derogatory, or disparaging remarks about the other Party in any format, including public forums, social media, or private communications with third parties.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties concerning its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable, with the invalid provisions modified only to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law.

Both Parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Agreement.

As a professional coach, bodyworker and dearmoring practitioner which may include sacred tantra-based therapies such as yoni massage, prostate massage, sensual massage, or couples tantra massage, your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to me. Collection of Information by Sacred Dearmoring & Tantra Massage Las Vegas

I collect personal information to provide you with the best possible service related to your Tantra Massage in Las Vegas. This may include your name, contact details, health information, history of trauma and abuse, relationship details, and any other details relevant to your treatment and massage sessions. Information related to your dearmoring sessions and sacred tantra-based therapies is also collected with sensitivity and care. All information is collected through direct interaction with you and is stored securely and utilized solely for the purposes of providing service as a practitioner, and never for the purposes of marketing or otherwise. Non-Disclosure of Client Information

  • If and when such time it becomes apparent that there will be no future client sessions, and/or a significant period of time has passed with no contact, and/or a request has been made by the client, Sacred Dearmoring and its practitioners can and may choose to purge and delete a client’s records in the interest of your confidentiality. No promise is made to keep client records indefinitely, nor is it necessary.
