My educational background spans a variety of non-traditional healing and therapy methods. I have received extensive training from diverse individuals and organizations. In the realm of tantra, I have completed advanced workshops with the Steve and Lokita Carter’s Ecstatic Living Foundation and Margot Anand’s Skydancing Tantra. I have also trained with Charles Muir, Somananda (Tantra Healing Massage), Amara Karuna (Pelvic Healing Massage), Andrew Barnes, ISTA (International School of Temple Arts), and the Beyond Tantric Temple in the Netherlands as well as many others. Additionally, I have participated in many other events and workshops in the realm of trauma healing, tantra, breathwork, somatic healing, and others.

My studies also include Chi Gung and energy work under various instructors, including Mantak Chia. I am a 5th generation Disciple of the legendary Wong Fei Hung in the Hung Ga style of Shaolin Kung Fu. My education further encompasses family and relationship therapy, Gestalt therapy, and advanced coursework with Landmark Education, where I became a communication coach in their advanced communication courses and team management and leadership program.

Moreover, I have delved into organizational development, therapy, facilitation, and conflict resolution, training with a top-level OD consultant. I pride myself on being a highly skilled coach and therapist, trauma informed and adept at handling deep psychological issues, sexual abuse trauma, conflict management, and crisis intervention.
