Two hours is the minimum, and nothing runs against a clock. Armor that took decades to build doesn't come down on a schedule, and a session under time pressure is a session that pushes.

I'd rather see fewer women properly than more women quickly.

And the surrender this asks of you isn't something you are giving to me. You are not surrendering to me — you are surrendering to yourself and your deep desire to be fully met.  Surrendering to your body's deep yes to this work.
