Yoni massage in Las Vegas: a sacred, sensual path to pleasure and healing

Tantric yoni massage and yoni dearmoring with a Certified Tantra Educator of over twenty years

Yoni is Sanskrit for "sacred space." It's the word this practice uses because it's the word this practice means and how I approach this work, and almost nothing in your life so far has treated that part of you that way.

A yoni massage is slow, reverent, and entirely about you. For some women it opens sensation they didn't know was still available. For others it releases something that has been held there for years, sometimes decades. Most find it does both, in an order nobody can predict beforehand.

You don't have to know which one you're here for.

What brings women to a yoni massage

If you've been curious about this for a while, you're in the majority. Most women who reach this page have been circling it longer than they've admitted to anyone. Reading. Closing the tab. Coming back a month later.

Because two things are true at the same time, and they pull in opposite directions.

Part of you wants this badly. You've felt how much is missing. Sex that's become something you get through rather than something you feel and enjoy. A body that used to respond and now doesn't, or that responds so faintly you've stopped expecting more. Or maybe you have apathy towards sex or your partner, or you are simply undernourished.  The sense that there was a version of you, once, who was fully alive in her own skin, and you're not sure when she left.  Or, maybe even you've never felt fully safe in your body.

Underneath that is something most women can't quite name until they feel it. You have likely almost never been touched with full attention. Touched by someone who wasn't going anywhere, wanting anything, or waiting for a turn or reciprocation. Yoni is Sanskrit for sacred space, and that word is doing real work here. It describes how the touch arrives: slow, unhurried, attentive to what your body is actually saying rather than to what it's supposed to be doing. For many women the first few minutes of being touched that way is the moment something in the chest gives way, long before anything else happens.

And part of you is afraid. Of being undressed in front of a stranger. Of being touched somewhere you've spent your whole life protecting. Of crying, and not being able to stop. Of arousal arriving and not knowing what that means about you. Of getting there, freezing, and having to explain yourself.

Both of those are appropriate feelings. All of it is welcome.  The wanting is information and so is the fear, and neither one is a reason to stay where you are.

Here's what I'd say to the afraid part: nothing happens that you haven't agreed to beforehand. Not one thing. You can stop at any point without explaining why. And if you arrive and decide you only want a full-body tantra massage with no yoni work at all, that's a complete session and I won't try to change your mind.

You are not too broken, too old, too numb, too far gone, or too late. Those are the five things women tell me they're afraid of, and none of them has ever turned out to be true.

"I had seen videos online about yoni massage, and even yoni massage instructional videos but they seemed focused on just getting the girl off like a porn star which had me a little nervous. But wow, this was entirely different . . . I felt like ME again!"

What is a yoni massage?

A yoni massage is a slow, full-body tantric bodywork session that includes conscious, consented touch of your yoni . . . with loving awareness and presence. Yoni is Sanskrit for sacred space, the word tantra uses for the vulva and vagina. Using the name "yoni" to describe your female anatomy immediately shifts the energy of how you relate to this sacred part of your body.  The session works with breath, presence and unhurried touch to release held tension, restore sensation, and expand a woman's capacity for pleasure. It is not a sexual service and there is no expectation of orgasm.  Orgasm is welcome and happens for most women, and it's never something you have to produce.

That's the definition. Here's what it means in practice.

It starts with your whole body, not your yoni. A session that goes straight there has skipped the part that makes the rest possible. Most of the first hour is full-body tantra massage, breath, and letting your nervous system arrive at a deep place of surrendering to layers of yourself that allow the real work to begin. The yoni work comes later, once your body has decided it's safe, and sometimes it doesn't come at all.

There's no goal. Not orgasm, not release, not a breakthrough. The moment a session has a target, your body starts performing toward it, and performance is the opposite of what this is. Things happen. They happen because nothing was being chased. You can of course share your intentions and desires for the session, and I will support those intentions to the best of my ability.

You're receiving, and that's the entire job. No reciprocating, no managing my experience, no checking whether I'm enjoying myself. For a lot of women that's the genuinely unfamiliar part, more unfamiliar than the touch itself.

It's paced by your body. Not by a technique, not by a clock, not by what happened in someone else's session.  I listen to your body.  I tune in to your responses.  I guide the session, but your body guides my direction.

Where it comes from

Yoni massage comes out of tantric tradition, where the body is treated as sacred rather than as something to transcend or apologize for. Modern neo-tantra has largely reduced it to an erotic massage with better vocabulary, which is why so much of what's advertised under the name bears no resemblance to the authentic practice of tantra.

The version I practice comes from direct training with teachers in that lineage, including Charles Muir's Source Tantra and Somananda, rather than from a weekend certificate or a video. More on the benefits of a yoni massage.

Yoni massage therapy: the same work, a different name

You'll see this work called yoni massage therapy, and it means the same thing. The word "therapy" signals intent rather than credential, since no license exists for this in most places. What it does usefully distinguish is a practitioner working toward healing from someone using the vocabulary to dress up something else.

Pleasure and healing are the same work

Most places offering this will sort you into one of two categories before you arrive. Either you're here for pleasure, and it's framed as an indulgence. Or you're here for healing, and it's framed as treatment, with pleasure treated as a side effect nobody quite mentions.

Your body doesn't work that way.

The tension holding old experience is the same tension that flattens sensation. The guarding that protects you is the same guarding that stops you feeling much. When that softens, both things change at once, and there's no way to release the first without expanding the second.

That's why your capacity for pleasure grows as armor comes down. A body that can't hold a large charge can't hold a large pleasure either. They're the same capacity.  Your emotions are a spectrum, like a rainbow.  If you dim one color, you dim them all.  If you have a repressed or diminished libido, or muted connection to your sexual pleasure, you are most likely holding on to other emotions or trauma; when your body tries to protect you from feeling what you don't want to feel, you also diminish your capacity to feel bliss and pleasure.

What that looks like in a session

A woman comes in wanting to feel more pleasure. Twenty minutes in, she's crying about something from fifteen years ago that she thought was finished. That isn't the session going wrong. It's the thing standing between her and feeling more, arriving to be dealt with.

Another comes in carrying something heavy, expecting hard work. What actually happens is that her body opens and she experiences more pleasure than she has in a decade. That isn't the session missing the point. That is the healing.

So which one are you here for?

You don't need to know. Come with whatever you've got, including "I'm not sure," and we'll find out together. Your body will make the call, and it's usually right.

Women who arrive for pleasure tend to find healing on the way. Women who arrive for healing are often surprised by how much pleasure is waiting on the other side of it. Both are correct, and neither is the advanced version.

"Some of the trigger points releasing trapped emotions and others deep delicious pleasure, through the whole experience he was strong and grounded, holding me with presence."

The benefits of a tantric yoni massage

What a yoni massage awakens

Sensation returns. Areas that had gone quiet start reporting again. Women describe it as color coming back into something that had gone gray, and it's usually noticeable within a single session.

Your capacity for pleasure expands. Not intensity in the moment, though that changes too. Capacity, meaning how much your body can hold before it shuts down or tips over. That's what makes full-body and multiple orgasmic states possible for women who had assumed they weren't built for them.

Sensual awakening beyond the session. This is the part women don't expect. The aliveness doesn't stay on the table. It shows up in how you move through a room, how you inhabit your own body at work, how you feel getting dressed in the morning. My client Natalie put it better than I can: "Now, I know what I want and how to ask for it in a way that is powerful and fearless, without guilt or shame." That's what carries over. Read Natalie's full story.

Your relationship with your own body changes first. Before anything shifts with a partner, something shifts in how you regard yourself. Most women describe that as the real result.

What releases

Stored emotion moves. Grief, anger, shame, and fear that had no route out. Often it arrives without a story attached, and it doesn't need one to leave.

Physical holding softens. A pelvic floor that stays braced through every yoga class. Tension around penetration. Numbness that arrived after childbirth, a medical procedure, or something unwanted, and never fully lifted. Deeper internal work is sometimes also called sacred spot massage.

Shame loses its grip. Not through insight, which you probably already have. Through being met, without hurry or judgement, in the place you were taught to apologize for.

Your nervous system resets. Many women live braced without registering it as bracing. The parasympathetic drop that happens here is deeper than most have experienced awake.

What that adds up to

Feminine empowerment gets used loosely enough to mean almost nothing, so here's what it means concretely. Knowing what you want. Being able to say it out loud without apologizing or negotiating first. Recognizing a boundary in your body before your mind catches up. Occupying your own life as though you're allowed to.  Feeling truly connected to your divine sexual self and your yoni.

That's divine feminine awakening, and it isn't a mood or a weekend. It's the ordinary consequence of a body that stopped guarding and started feeling again.

Yoni massage or yoni dearmoring: which one is for you?

They overlap, they're often combined in one session, and they're not the same practice. The difference is intention.

Yoni massage opens. Slow, attentive touch that expands sensation and pleasure, restores sensitivity, and helps your body remember how much it's able to feel. Most of it is receiving.

Yoni dearmoring releases. Sustained pressure held into places where your yoni is guarding, met with breath and loving awareness, so that stored trauma, numbness and chronic tension can discharge. It goes toward what's held rather than toward what's pleasurable, and pleasure tends to arrive afterward as a consequence. It's the same principle as dearmoring anywhere else in the body, applied where the most is stored. Yoni dearmoring asks considerably more of a practitioner than yoni massage does, and the two are different skills entirely.  Yoni dearmoring takes years to learn properly, and most practitioners offering yoni massage haven't trained for it. The honest ones will tell you so.

One expands your capacity. The other clears what's taking up the room.

When you let go of what no longer serves you, you create more room for what does.

Which one you need

Start with yoni massage if you're new to this, you want to feel more, or the word dearmoring makes something in you tighten. That last one is not a reason to push through. It's information, and yoni massage is often the right way to build toward the other.

Yoni dearmoring may be the work if there's numbness that doesn't shift, pain or tension around penetration, a pelvic floor that stays braced no matter what you try, or something specific you know you're carrying. Women often arrive for this after physical therapy helped the mechanics and left everything else untouched. I've written about why pelvic floor therapy stops short of what you're looking for, and what reaches it instead.

Most sessions include both, in that order. We open first, and go toward what's held only if your body indicates it wants to. That decision gets made during the session, not in advance, and never by me alone.

On dearmoring the yoni yourself

Women often ask whether they can dearmor their own yoni at home, usually after finding a video suggesting they can.  This is a beautiful idea, but simply doesn't compare to having a professional dearmoring session.

You can do gentle self-exploration and mapping solo, and there's real value in exploring your body and increasing your awareness and connection to your yoni.

What doesn't work are two important aspects that you simply can't do for yourself:

  • First is the presence of a professional to hold and support you while you go into your experience, a significant part that makes dearmoring dearmoring. When held tension releases, what surfaces is often large, and the whole point is having someone present who can stay steady while it moves through you. On your own, at the moment something arrives, the body does what it has always done. It closes and manages it. That's not a failure of willpower, it's the nervous system doing exactly what it was built to do when nobody else is there.
  • Second, is the skill and training involved and the ability to reach areas you can't reach yourself effectively with your fingers or any tool, and intuitively knows exactly how and where to touch you.  While self-dearmoring practice has value, it is extremely unlikely that you can dearmor yourself to the level which is possible through an expert yoni dearmoring practitioner.

What happens in a yoni massage session

Before you book

A conversation first, fifteen to twenty minutes, no charge. You tell me what brought you and I ask what I need to ask. There's nothing to prepare and no history you need to have organized. Come as you are and say what's actually true.

We talk about what you want, what you'd rather leave alone, and whether yoni work is part of this at all. You decide that while you're dressed and calm and nothing is happening.

When you arrive

We sit and talk again before anything begins. You confirm what you want, or change it. You are welcome to change your mind about what you want at any time, although nothing happens in a session that wasn't previously agreed was on the table.

Then I explain what I'm going to do, and I give you the word. If you say "pause," I stop moving, keep my hands where they are, and hold space for whatever is moving through you. We check in. You continue when you're ready, or you don't, and you never have to explain why.

What you wear

Your choice, from fully clothed to fully undressed. Most women choose to be fully undressed, as clothes are simply in the way of the long body strokes used.  Draping is available if you'd rather be covered except where I'm working. You can change your mind at any point.

Breath first

The session opens with breathing, my hands resting on your body, not moving. Just contact and breath. It sounds like the least important part and it does most of the work. Within a few minutes of genuinely full breathing, most women start feeling things they weren't feeling when they walked in. More on breathwork in this work.

Full body, then yoni

Most of the session is full-body tantra massage. Slow, warm, unhurried, with no agenda and nowhere to be. This isn't a preamble to the real thing. It is the thing, and it's what makes anything that follows possible.

Yoni massage therapy comes later, if it's part of the session. I ask again, out loud, before anything begins, and I keep asking as we go. Consent given on a phone call last week is a plan, not a permission slip. The framework I work from is Betty Martin's Wheel of Consent.

The touch itself is slow and external before it's anything else. There's no technique being performed on you and no sequence to get through. I'm following what your body is telling me, and your only job is to feel what you feel and breathe.

What might happen

Sensation and pleasure, usually more than you expected. Arousal, which is welcome and means nothing you need to interpret. Tears, often with no story attached. All of your emotions are welcome . . . sadness, grief, excitement, or even anger.  Shaking. Heat. Occasionally laughter that comes from nowhere. Sometimes stillness and nothing dramatic at all, which is its own kind of release and not a session that failed.

Will I have an orgasm?

There's no expectation of orgasm. There is a standing invitation.

Most women do orgasm in these sessions, and for many it's the most healing part of the whole thing. That's worth explaining, because it isn't about the orgasm itself.

Almost every orgasm a woman has had in her life happened in a context that asked something of her. Someone watching. Someone waiting. A performance, however subtle, or a timeline, or the quiet awareness of being observed while trying to let go. Here there's none of that. Nothing is expected of you, nothing is being evaluated, and nobody needs anything from you.

A body that lets go completely under those conditions learns something it can't learn any other way. That it's safe. That pleasure doesn't have to be earned, justified, or given to anyone. For women carrying guilt or shame around their own pleasure, that single experience often does more than months of trying to understand it.

So yes, you can expect it, if you want it. What you can't do is chase it, because pursuit is the one thing that reliably prevents it. Your job is to feel what you feel. Mine is to support your body's capacity to feel, and build the conditions where your body decides on its own.  When that happens, full-body orgasm and wave-like orgasmic states are available here in ways most women haven't encountered.

Coming back to yourself

Time at the end to return to yourself and your own energy, with no one asking you to describe what happened. Some women want to talk. Others need twenty minutes of silence. Both are fine and neither gets rushed.

Then water, and a strong suggestion that you don't drive straight into the rest of your day.  Take time to be alone and integrate your experience.

The days after a yoni massage

Expect some tiredness, vivid dreams, emotion arriving in waves, and often a physical openness you notice when you breathe. It settles. Rest, water, gentle movement, nothing demanding on the calendar the next day.

Sessions run two hours minimum. It takes time for the body to relax and reach the state where it genuinely lets go, and that rarely happens in the first twenty minutes. Here's the full session walkthrough.

The questions about yoni massage women are too embarrassed to ask

These come up on almost every call, usually prefaced with "this is going to sound stupid." None of them are stupid, and you are welcome to share or ask anything that you feel might be relevant, in complete confidence.

What if I get aroused?

You probably will, and it's welcome. Arousal is your body responding to safe, attentive touch, which is what it's designed to do. It doesn't obligate you to anything, it doesn't change what happens next, and it doesn't mean something about you. Arousal in a way that feels safe can be liberating and shift your entire being.

What if I don't get aroused?

Also fine, and sometimes that happens - it's just a sign that there's more work to do. Numbness is often the reason a woman is here in the first place. Nothing is being measured.  All is embraced without judgement or expectations.

What if I'm having my period?

You're welcome exactly as you are. Blood is sacred in the tantra tradition, not an inconvenience to be scheduled around, and the idea that you'd need to hide or postpone because of it is something worth releasing on its own.

It's often the best time to do this work. Your body is already in a releasing state, already softened and open, already doing what we're inviting your body to do. Many women find they feel more, reach depth faster, and let go more easily during their bleed than at any other point in the cycle. Practically, it's handled the way everything else here is handled, without awkwardness, and we discuss it beforehand like anything else.  The other best time of your cycle for this work is when you are ovulating, when hormones and emotions are amplified.

What if I cry?

Then the work is working. Most women cry at some point, often without knowing what about. You don't have to explain it, apologize for it, or stop. I'm not uncomfortable, and you don't have to manage my reaction on top of your own.  Releasing what no longer serves you is why you are here.

What if I freeze, or want to stop?

You say pause and we pause, and check in. No explanation, no disappointment, no pressure to resume. If you want to end the session entirely, we end it. If you want to stay on the table and not be touched for twenty minutes, that's also a complete option. Many women need at least one pause to let yourself catch up to what your body is experiencing.

Am I too old for this?

No. The women I work with span seven decades, and the ones who arrive later often go deepest, because there's more to release and less to prove.  I've worked with all types of women from age 18 through age 90.

"It restored a sense of safety to places that had been hidden, even from myself . . . He was respectful and knowledgeable about my recent dance with menopause and gave me helpful guidance, tools to use outside of our session, as well as additional references to support me further."

Daisy Pond

What if I'm not attractive enough, or not comfortable with my body?

This is the one women are most ashamed to ask and the one I hear most often. Your body isn't being evaluated. Nothing about this depends on how you look, and the discomfort you're describing is frequently part of what the work addresses.  This work is absolutely not based on attraction.  In fact, attraction between a client and practitioner is counterproductive in this work.  Tantra transcends the personal . . . my work is extremely intimate, but not personal.  I treat all bodies the same, like the sacred vessel you are.

What if I've never been touched like this?

That's the most common starting point, and an excellent place to be ready for this, not a disadvantage. There's nothing to know beforehand and nothing you're expected to do.

"I could surrender and let go into the body and what needed to be released . . . I would recommend both people that are new to this work and people that have done a lot of dearmouring work to go to Ron."

Bella

Is it strange that a man does this work?

It's a fair question and the honest answer is that it depends on the practitioner. For most women, being met safely and skillfully by a healthy masculine presense is precisely the repair that's needed, particularly where the original harm came from one. For others it isn't the right fit, and there are excellent female practitioners I work with and recommend. The free conversation is where we find out which you are, and I'll tell you honestly if I think you'd be better served elsewhere.

Can my partner be in the room?

You can ask for that and I'll honor your choice, though I usually suggest otherwise.  A partner in the room usually detracts from the session rather than supports it.  I've covered this question in detail in my article about whether a male partner should be in the room for a tantra massage for women.  If you are questioning if your partner should be with you, read this article as a point of discussion with your partner, and with me.

What if I want to change my mind about the yoni work after I arrive?

Your choice is honored in the moment. A full-body tantra massage is a complete session in its own right, and no part of what you've booked obligates you to anything.

How to choose a yoni massage practitioner

There's no licensing body for this work. No registry, no board, nothing preventing anyone from offering it. In a city like Las Vegas, that means a great deal of what's advertised as yoni massage is an erotic service with better vocabulary attached.

Before you book with anyone, including me, ask five questions:

  • Where did you train?
  • Who did you train under?
  • How many years have you been doing this work?
  • How do you handle boundaries and consent?
  • What exactly happens in a session?

Most providers advertising this can't answer the first one. Notice whether the answer names a teacher and a school, or stays vague.  Or worse yet, says he is a self-taught master . . . run.

My training: Certified Tantra Educator through Charles Muir's Source Tantra, with training under Margot Anand in Skydancing Tantra, Somananda, Steve and Lokita Carter's Love & Ecstasy Training at Ecstatic Living, Amara Karuna, Andrew Barnes, and ISTA. Over twenty years in tantra, somatic bodywork, breathwork and trauma release. My full training is here.

Training is only half of it. This work brings women close to the edge of what they can hold, so what matters just as much is whether the person guiding it can tell the difference between a woman relaxing and a woman dissociating, and knows to stop for the second one. Being a trauma-informed yoni massage practitioner is a skill and a way of being, not a marketing line on a website.

As you talk to the practitioner and afterwards, including me, ask yourself these questions:

  • Did the practitioner listen to my needs?
  • Was the practitioner fully present with my emotions?
  • Did the practitioner give space for me to share what was important to me?
  • Were my concerns and fears acknowledged, or were they overridden and dismissed?
  • Do I feel this person is fully doing this for me, or do I sense another agenda?
  • Does something about the practitioner just feel "a little off?"
  • Would I feel completely safe in my body being touched intimately by this person?

Trust your intuition throughout. If something feels off reading a website or on a phone call, it usually is. The women who ignored that feeling are usually the ones telling me about it afterward.   More on finding authentic tantra in Las Vegas.

Yoni massage frequently asked questions

What is a yoni massage?

A slow, full-body tantric bodywork session that includes conscious, consented touch of your yoni, the Sanskrit word for sacred space. It works with breath, presence and unhurried touch to release held tension, restore sensation, and expand your capacity for pleasure. It is not a sexual service.

Is a yoni massage sexual?

No. It involves your body's sexual center because that's where sensation and stored experience live, not because sex is the aim. I don't have sex with my clients.

Does a yoni massage include orgasm?

Your body is free to have one or not.  An orgasm is a welcomed part of your journey, and it's never required.  Most women do orgasm, and many describe it as the most liberating part of the session.  I simply focus on increasing your body's capacity for full body pleasure, and through that orgasms and orgasmic bliss are likely.

How much does a yoni massage cost in Las Vegas?

Sessions start at $600 for two hours. Full rates here.

How long is a yoni massage session?

Two hours minimum for a first session.  This gives ample time to allow your body to fully relax, open, and build energy without pushing for something to happen.

What's the difference between yoni massage and yoni dearmoring?

Yoni massage opens sensation and pleasure. Yoni dearmoring releases stored trauma and chronic holding. Most sessions include both.  For a complete answer on this, see my article on the difference between yoni massage and yoni dearmoring.

Can I dearmor my own yoni at home?

Gentle self-exploration has real value. What doesn't work alone is having someone steady present when something large surfaces.  And a highly trained and experienced practitioner can take you to a level of depth that simply isn't likely to happen on your own.

Do I have to be undressed?

Your choice, and draping is available when requested.  Most clients choose to be fully undressed.

Can I book a session during my period?

Yes, and it's often the best time.

Do you offer yoni massage outside Las Vegas?

Yes, one week each month I offer Tantra massage for women in Orange County, California.  I also travel anywhere for private multi-day deep dive journeys and private tantra retreats for women and couples.  Call me to discuss this.

Begin where you are

You don't need to know exactly what you're here for. You don't need to have decided how far you want to go. You don't need to be ready in any way you'd recognize as ready.  If you are intrigued, and don't know where you are at but you're curious, let's talk.

Start with a conversation. Fifteen to twenty minutes, no charge, no pitch. Tell me what's true for you, what's happening in your body and emotions, ask what you want to ask, and I'll tell you honestly whether this is the right work for you and help you decide what you're ready for.
